Naturalization involves determining eligibility, submitting an Application for Naturalization with the required application fee, and a biometrics appointment (if applicable) before the Naturalization Interview and Civics and English tests. Upon completion of the preliminary process, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will mail a decision of granted, continued, or denied. ₁
Individuals and families with the ability to provide a substantial benefit to the United States can apply for the Trump Gold Card or join the waitlist for the Trump Platinum Card. The application process requires a nonrefundable $15,000 DHS processing fee and $1 million gift per applicant before receiving permanent resident status as an EB-1 or EB-2 visa holder. ₂
The first step of becoming a U.S. Citizen starts with determining your eligibility for submission of the Naturalization (N-400) application. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services expedites this process with the use of the Naturalization Eligibility Tool. After determining you are eligible, Ricco Washburn, Esq. has your back through the rest of the process. ₃
