Report your injury within 30 days!

Within 3-5 days, hear from the Division of Workers' Compensation.

Your employer is required to report the incident within 7 days.

If you are injured on the job, seek authorized medical care and be sure to notify your supervisor, manager, or HR department within 30 days of the accident or date of doctor determining it is a work-related injury.
